Deactivated M4 assault rifle, manufactured in the UK by Manroy Engineering as the ME16X4. Manroy Engineering manufactured firearms for the MOD and international military market from 1975 until 2017, when it was bought by FN Herstal to become FN H UK. The M4 is a modern carbine version of the M16 and was the main service firearm of the US Army and US Marine Corps. This deactivated example is in excellent condition and has the following functionality: the charging handle moves under spring pressure, the trigger moves, the selector moves, the magazine ejects, the forward-assist moves and the rifle can be broken open. It is supplied fitted with a genuine and functional ACOG sight (the optic has a cloudy patch but is mostly clear with a clear red dot), and also comes with its original carry handle (also shown fitted in the photos), as well as three inert 5.56 NATO rounds (not pictured). Supplied with its UK / EU deactivation certificate.
