Deactivated Colt Pyton revolver with 6 inch barrel in pristine condition, complete with its original box and paperwork, including the Owner's Manual and a welcome letter from Colt for owners of Colt guns, and retaining its original Colt grips. It's like its just left the gunshop! All Pythons were chambered for the powerful .357 Magnum round and the Python was considered the Rolls Royce of revolvers. It cocks, dry-fires and the chamber can be removed. The lock-up is nice and tight and the trigger pull is extremely smooth. This example was used for target shooting in the UK and very well looked after before being deactivated in 1997. As a post-95 / UK Specification deactivated revolver, the cylinders are blocked.
