Deactivated L1A1 SLR (self-loading rifle) manufactured by Enfield. The classic British Army battle rifle from the Cold War, with all the versions of the FN FAL being 'the right arm of the free world'. Loved by those who used it, unlike the SA80 / L85A1 which replaced it in the late '80s. This example has a moving trigger, working safety which locks the trigger, the charging handle moves under spring pressure, the magazine ejects and the rifle can be broken open.
